Bodice is satin -- skirt is soft "felt-like" fabric with satin trim
See photos --  wrinkled --bodice is pulling away from skirt -- one snap may have been reattached (blue thread noted) -- satin trim around bottom pulled away at seam.  Loose threads in areas.
