Skipper's Posy Party lighter blue floral variation cotton dress with center pleat and long sleeves,
empire waist, trimmed with hot pink ribbon band and bow, sleeves trimmed in lace
is in very nice condition.
There is a fabric flaw on the top back of the dress and there may also have been a repair
made to the waist line.
Snap is off, but included.
