For your enjoyment, I decided to put a Contemporary Twist on a Lovely Vintage item ~ the Brown Sheath Dress from "Sorority Meeting" #937!  This was the only piece I had from this set, so I decided to give it a Contemporary Touch with New and Exciting Accessories to offer you a Complete Fashion ~ Old Meets New!
The Dress is from my childhood Barbies ~ played with, but well-taken care of and always stored neatly.  There is hardly any wrinkling or creases; no stains, rips or tears and seams are all in good condition.  There is no tag since the tag was placed on the Original Sweater Vest instead.  Snaps are intact as well.  I wouldn't go so far as to call it "crisp", but it is in extremely nice condition.
I've added some Wonderful coordinating accessories, beginning with a Gorgeous Hand Made Picture Hat in a Light Tan Color with a Leopard Print Top.  Crown is surrounded by a Chocolate Brown Grosgrain Ribbon Band with White Dots, and embellished with a Beautiful White Rosebud, delicately trimmed in Gold Metallic thread.  A sprig of cut White Tulle and a White Pearl Bead Spray bring it all together with Style!
You will also receive a matching Leopard Print Felt Clutch with offset Bead Strap that uses russet brown beads.  Clutch has a Tan Bead closure, but does not open.  A Shiny Gold Cuff Bracelet, and Fantastic Tan Stiletto Shooties from the Barbie Basics Collection complete this Awesome Ensemble!  Don't Miss!
Though the dress is made for Vintage Barbie, I found that it looks lovely on Model Muse Barbie as well!  It's a bit loose, but still works.  I have also shown it on my Vintage Reproduction American Girl and EVEN THE SHOES FIT!!  They are a little difficult to put on the rubbery feet dolls, but if you dip the feet in water before putting them on, they go on much easier!
