Milwaukee Tools Backing Pad No.49-36-2150, max safe RPM 3500, measured diameter 6 1/4", hook and loop fastening system.
Milwaukee Tools High Gloss Polishing Pad No. 49-36-0650, sealed in package, for use on high-tech clearcoat paints . NOTE: This foam pad works with the above Milwaukee 49-36-2150 hook and loop backing pad. The foam pad has two indentations from storage, seen in photo #5 (1 dent around the 10 o'clock position), and photo #6  (another dent around the 8 o'clock position). The foam is still soft and pliable. I think the dent likely will even out, once you start using the pad.
As a bonus I have included the Black & Decker Fuzzy Polishing Disk Cat No. 37795 50% Wool, 50% Poly, 1 1/2" pile, 7 18" diameter, 7/8 " arbor hole, max safe rpm 350G. I am not sure it will work with the Milwaukee hook and loop backing pad, but should work with other polishers that use an arbor retention system.
