Someone tried to remove the personalization and then Bill Russell signed it. You can see the final product in the 2nd Loa. As a result, the area where the personalization was located has light areas.
Both LOAs have the same numberJ32342. If you research the PSA data base and insert the number BOTH LOAs will appear.
There is a degree of light areas under where Russell signed the ball.
