Instructions for use
Apply a small amount of polishing paste to the scratch being treated
Using the felt polishing bob, rub in a circular motion using a power tool
Work the polishing bob over the scratch, applying more polishing paste as needed
Repeat until the scratch is no longer visible
Deep scratches will generally take longer and require more polishing paste
This product is sold for home use on a do-it-yourself basis. We accept no liability for personal injury or damage arising from mis-use. Please keep this product out of the reach of children.
Scratch Genie can even be used to remove scratches on car windscreens, watches etc.
Be aware that polishing glass can generate heat, excess heat may cause glass to crack

We accept PayPal as a method of payment. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.
We accept all credit card payments through PayPal.

ship to the confirmed address specified in PayPal.
Payment must be received within 7 days after the end of auction.

All items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class.
Most orders that are recieved before 3pm are normally shipped the same day of cleared payment.

Returns Information
The buyer is resbonsible for return posstage, shipping and handling rate is non-refundable.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item
, you must notify us within seven days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the items.
If you change your mind
: If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is returned to us, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. (The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to @work customers or our Business customers)
Returns
: Any items which have been returned for refunds, the customer must email us via eBay messaging a notification of return together with tracking number / proof of postage and details of postage method used. Upon notification agreed refund will be issued.
Once a refund has been agreed between both parties (seller & customer) please allow at least 24 working hours for refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the method in which payment has been made.
