    Description

    Old antique Bennington yellow ware or stoneware large water pitcher.  It features wonderful Rockingham brown drip glaze.  Very very glossy with a corn motif on each side and on the thumb rest at the top of the handle.  It is large in size measuring 9-1/2" tall at the tallest point and 9" from handle to spout by about 6-1/2" wide.  Fantastic glaze.  It is in excellent antique condition.  You can expect glaze pops and anomalies.  There is one nip on the inside edge of the spout, see close up, and one small flake on the bottom edge, see bottom view.  No cracks or crazing.  Very nice piece for your collection and to display predominately.
