Strange Turnings, that's me,
I Hand Crafted this matched set of 2 Exotic Tigre Caspi Wood  Crochet Hooks with Susan Bates Silvalume H (5.00 mm) and I  (5.50 mm) Tips and Iridescent Mother-of-Pearl finial inlays.
These two Tigre Caspi Crochet Hooks
were cut sequentially from a single billet of wood  and the usual dark brown marbling color disappeared as the wood was turned down. So I have priced these less than usual.
Tigre Casi  is an exotic wood generally not available too often in the US. These are  approximately 6" long each overall with the Tigre Caspi handle 3 7/8 " long and just under 3/4" in diameter at its widest. The Susan Bates Silvalume I tip extends 2 3/8" and the H tip 2 1/4" from the handles. This cut has the typical  background of light straw yellow/gray grain and lovely grain figure but no brown marbling
. The  finials are my signature 1/4" diameter natural Mother-of-Pearl inlay.
If you have arthritis or other hand issues you will appreciate the ease of use with my handcrafted handles
. Have many more hours of relaxed crocheting; good for most grips and hand sizes.
