This strip warmer uses a durable metal sheathed element to provide 850 watts of heating power, hot enough to maintain peak serving temperatures but gentle enough to prevent drying or overcooking. Metal guards support the heating element without affecting heat distribution. This unit can be hardwired or powered using a compatible cord and plug (sold separately), and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
Infinite Controls
Side-mounted infinite controls allow you to make adjustments to the heat level so that you can choose what works best for the food you are serving.

How far above my counter should I mount my Avantco strip warmer?

Avantco high-wattage (1200W-1550W) strip warmers require 16-18” of clearance, while Avantco standard-wattage (500-800W) strip warmers require 12-15” clearance.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes. Our stock ships from our US-based warehouses and is usually shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS (depending on location and package weight). Returns:
