Description

This Carrier Packaged/Rooftop Air Conditioner Unit is a powerful system designed to keep your business or industrial space cool and comfortable. Equipped with two fan motors and two compressors, this gray unit has a 8.5 ton capacity and operates on 460V voltage. Ideal for large spaces, up to 3400 sq ft and it has an energy efficiency ratio (EER) of 10.1-11 and a SEER rating of 13.
With a compressor type of Scroll, this 50TC-D09 model was manufactured in 2012 and has a power phase of 3. Measuring 88 inches in depth, 48 inches in height, and 60 inches in width, it is a new - open box item that is ready for use. Note that electric heat is optional.
This is a cooling only RTU as it stands.  But electric heat kit could be bought elsewhere and installed in it later
Unit has full manufactures warranty when registered with local Carrier distributor. It has never been installed. Unit weighs 900 lbs., and it local pick up only or buyer arranges shipping in their end.
